| Leadership Weekend is intended to come alongside leaders who are attempting to serve and mobilize people toward mission (both locally and globally). This will require honest evaluation of the past, as well as discovering a fresh vision for the future. The purpose is to encourage, train, and inspire leaders or potential leaders in the context of their mission-focused communities.
